You say, "Come here I want to kiss you."
Waiting
You say, "Come here I want to kiss you."
I step toward you because I have been waiting.
You find my lips
And kiss me oh, so slowly and tenderly,
Gradually building to passion and wanting that takes my breath away.
So complex are your kisses and so surprising
That a simple touch of the lips
Can wash away years and restore my youth.
Please kiss me again and again for I have been waiting,
But now I am waiting for more.
If you like my poetry, you can buy me a cup of coffee
